The Passport to Nature program focuses on encouraging community connection to nature through the arts. With free introductory-level events, Passport to Nature allows people from all backgrounds and abilities to explore and learn about nature.

Forest bathing is low-impact, slow-moving, and appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. You will be guided through a series of exercises that promote reflection and connection to yourself and the surrounding nature. The session will close with a light herbal tea (please indicate if you have any allergies upon registration). What a wonderful way to greet the day!Registration is required as space is limited. W﻿hat to bring: <ul><li>Weather-appropriate clothing</li><li>Sunscreen and bug spray</li><li>Water </li><li>Anything that will make you feel comfortable sitting in nature (blanket, pillow, folding chair, etc.)</li></ul>This event is a part of our Passport to Nature, a series of events connecting community with nature and the arts. Le bain de forêt est une activité à faible impact, qui se déroule lentement et qui convient à tous les âges et à toutes les capacités physiques. Vous serez guidé dans une série d&#x27;exercices qui favorisent la réflexion et la connexion avec vous-même et la nature environnante.
