Passport to Nature

The Passport to Nature program focuses on encouraging community connection to nature through the arts. With free introductory-level events, Passport to Nature allows people from all backgrounds and abilities to explore and learn about nature.

Forest bathing is low-impact, slow-moving, and appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. Please be aware that although the practice is slow-paced, the terrain at the nature preserve is uneven and the trails are not wheelchair accessible. You will be guided through a series of exercises that promote reflection and connection to yourself and the surrounding nature.
