Not necessarily. This is a wander into the forest not a vigorous hike. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

What is forest bathing?

Forest therapy (or Shinrin-yoku) is a slow, guided practice of connecting with nature through your senses inviting you to pause, soften, and simply be, rather than do.
