Our Mission:To support the Ottawa chapter members and build a vibrant community of practice by education, informing and networking with our members and colleagues and to promote the practice of professional coaching to the public.

Creativity has been identified as one of the most important leadership qualities; the challenge is, it’s also one of the least understood.
This workshop will examine the myths and nature of creativity, teach you creative thinking principles and provide an immediately applicable basic tool set you can use. We’ll put what you’ve learned to work by exploring how you might coach your clients to leverage their own creativity as they tackle the challenges they face.  

Janice Francisco

Operating at the intersection of learning, change, creativity and innovation, Janice brings clarity to innovation for organizations that are struggling to define and bring action to their innovation initiatives. She helps her clients build teams of “innovation champions” who understand the value innovation brings to the organization, and have the eagerness, confidence, skills and creativity to drive results. Janice speaks internationally on applied creativity, is an advisor to the Conference Board of Canada’s Council on Commercialization and Innovation, and has developed expertise on building innovation cultures within government. She works with clients in the public, private, Fortune 500, and non-profit sectors.
