My Sea to Sky

Everything you didn't want to know about Woodfibre LNG and how it will impact Howe Sound communities.

Multipurpose Room (MPR), Quest University

Join us as Tracey Saxby and Eoin Finn share more than five years of research about how Woodfibre LNG and the associated 24-inch high pressure FortisBC pipeline will increase fracking and lock us into 25-40 years of extreme carbon pollution. Learn how these projects will impact the health and safety of our communities, put Howe Sound residents at risk, and threaten the recovery of Howe Sound’s ecosystems and wildlife. Then find out how you can help to stop them.
DETAILED ITINERARY
6:30pm Doors open7:00pm Welcome from Squamish Nation7:10pm Presentation by Tracey Saxby + Eoin Finn8:10pm Q+A9:00pm Event ends
SPEAKER BIOS
Tracey Saxby | Co-Founder and Executive Director of My Sea to SkyMarine Scientist.
