TO Live is one of Canada’s largest multi-arts organizations, operating three iconic venues - Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, and St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts. COVID-19 Update
We regret to inform you that the March 17, 19 & 31, 2020 classes have been cancelled. The health and safety of patrons, staff, and community is our top priority.
TO Live will be suspending performances and events at all our venues until April 4. This includes Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, and Meridian Arts Centre.
The team at TO Live is grateful for your continued support and look forward to hosting you at an event sometime soon.

Spend your lunch hour stretching, twisting, and breathing and add some calm to your day! Lunchtime yoga classes are taught by instructors from Modo Yoga Danforth. Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle.
Tuesdays & Thursdays  February 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20 & 25, 2020  March 3, 10, 12, 2020 12:00PM – 1:00PM, Doors at 11:30AM

Class Time & Entrance Location

<LI>Location: Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre) – Rehearsal Hall</LI>
<LI>Doors will open at 11:30AM for the class and the entrance is located on Yonge Street (halfway between Front St E and The Esplanade on the west side of the building). Photo of the entrance can be found at the bottom of the page</LI>
<LI>Doors will close at 12:05pm at the beginning of class. </LI>

Accessibility The Yonge Street Entrance is accessible and has an automatic door opener. To get from the Yonge Street Entrance to the Rehearsal Hall, there are 29 steps or 2 elevators. Washrooms are located at the Rehearsal Hall level. Scent-Reduced Environment To help share the air, community classes promote a scent-reduced environment. Many people have chemical and scent sensitivities, which can cause mild to severe physical reactions. Please help reduce the use of scented products in class. 
Waiver and Rules & Regulations All new community class participants are required to sign a <A HREF="http://www.meridianhall.com/Education/TO%20Live%20General%20Health%20and%20Waiver%20Form.pdf" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TO Live Community Class Waiver Form</A> before participating. Eventbrite Registration Policy After three “no-show” instances or three cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice, TO Live reserves the right to cancel any future Eventbrite orders you may have for Community Classes.
