What are the Requirements?

We require the following from our attendees: a Valid SIN (Social Insurance Number), Peel Residency (Live within Brampton, Mississauga, or Caledon), and be above 18 years of age. This allows us to provide our services for free!

Why do I need to Provide a SIN?

Accepted Answer

As part of our funding requirements, the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and Skills Development requires clients to provide their SIN.  This funding is what allows us to provide our services for free!

Question 3

What if I don't meet the requirements?

Accepted Answer

For those who do not have a valid SIN / do not wish to provide their SIN, or those living outside of the Peel Region, we do offer the ability to take the course at a fee! As we do not receive funding for those outside of the requirements, the charge would be $40 per person, per workshop.

Question 4

Do I need an Assessment before taking the course?

Accepted Answer

For this course only, we do not require an assessment to take the course. After January 2026, we will start requiring assessments prior to taking any courses. The assessment will be valid for 1 year and will allow access to any services you are eligible for.
