Welcome to the Free MOBILE DENTAL VAN! In partnership with Toronto Public Health, Community Family Services of Ontario is offering free dental care service to eligible clients with verified documents.

Dental Care Service Offered:

• Dental examinations & X-rays
• Scaling
• Flouride Treatment
• Sealants
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Partial/Full dentures (reduced fees)

Eligibility:

• Must live in Toronto
• Must not have private dental insurance
• Enrolled in the following: Ontario Works (OW); Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): Ontario Seniors Dental Program (OSDP); Non-insured Health Benefits (NIHB); Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)
