Workshop participants can receive a full refund up to 30 days after the ticket is purchased. To obtain a refund, email office@compost.bc.ca. Beyond 30 days, you cannot receive a refund nor switch your ticket to a different workshop.

Please email office@compost.bc.ca to let us know you are no longer able to attend. If you purchased your ticket within 30 days of the cancellation, you can receive a refund.

How will I access the virtual workshop?

This workshop will be hosted live online via Microsoft Teams. You will get a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting upon registering for the event. You will need to log into Eventbrite in order to access the online link.

How will I be able to ask a question?

We encourage you to ask questions using wave of a hand, unmuting yourself, or using Microsoft Teams’ built in features.

Will I be able to join via the phone?

Accepted Answer

Microsoft Teams allows users to join calls via dial-in. However, the workshop will include a PowerPoint presentation and your participation will be quite different if you do not have access to a personal computer, smartphone or tablet, with a screen, camera and microphone.
