Free Workshop: Mindful Collaging

Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics are a new primary health care delivery model in which Nurse Practitioners are the lead providers. The team at Emery Keelesdale includes Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, a Dietitian, a Social Worker, a collaborating family physician, and other health care professionals. We offer a comprehensive, accessible, and coordinated family health care service to our community - especially those who do not have access to a primary care provider. EKNPLC has been providing services to Humber Summit in North York West and the Keele & Eglinton area since 2012.

This session will be IN-PERSON ONLY.Location:2972 Islington Avenue, Unit 6 Toronto, ON M9L 2K6 (If you register and are later unable to attend, please cancel your registration or let us know so that we can prepare for an accurate number of participants. Thank you!) About:Art is a very powerful medium that can be very helpful in increasing your self-esteem, self-awareness, decreasing anxiety and improved well-being. Join us in this session where we explore collaging to experience some relaxation and fun. Materials you will need (provided if you attend in-person):<ul><li>Cardstock paper or any heavy cardboard base,</li><li>Old magazines, newspapers,</li><li>Glue,</li><li>Colour pencils/markers,</li><li>Scissors.</li></ul>
