Explore the magic of fermenting with Marissa Laughlin! At this workshop, we will learn how to make our own kombucha because...
- It's WAY cheaper and lower in sugar than store-bought
- It's amazing for your gut flora and digestion
- It's super easy and super delicious!

What this workshop includes:

- An educational lesson on the importance of fermented probiotics/probiotic-rich foods and their role in supporting your gut health
- The full lowdown on kombucha: what it is, how it works, how it contributes to your health, what you need to get started and how to brew your own kombucha at home to save money and reduce your sugar intake.
- Your own kombucha starter kit which will include a scoby, starter liquid and brewing instructions for you to take home with you to start brewing on your own!


Location: Peterborough Public Library - Multi Purpose Room
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Cost: $30 per person
