In this professional development workshop, we’ll explore why traditional fundraising reports often fall short of revealing what’s really happening beneath the surface and how shifting from reporting to insight-led thinking changes the quality of decisions we make.

Participants will be introduced to a simple, practical framework for moving from Data → Insights → Action, with real-world fundraising examples that show how insights inform smarter priorities, stronger strategies, and more confident leadership decisions. We’ll also demonstrate the Donor Insights Program to show how this approach works in practice.

This session is ideal for fundraisers and leaders who want to make data more useful, less intimidating, and more actionable. No data degree required!
