Full HYROX Simulation Race
Whether you're training for your next HYROX race, or you're thinking about signing up for one, this simulation race is for you.
Join us on Saturday April 18 to test your fitness at the F45 Guildwood Full HYROX Simulation race.
The race will happen on-site at F45 Guildwood, 3775 Kingston Rd and will include each 1km run (outdoors) followed by all 8 HYROX stations including:
1000m Ski Erg
50m Sled Push
50m Sled Pull
80m Broad Jump Burpees
1000m Row Erg
200m Farmer Carry
100m Sandbag Lunges
100 Wall Balls
Solo and Doubles heats will be available. Heats will begin at 12pm and will be assigned 5 days prior to the event.
