Embrace the depth and intensity of the Scorpio Full Moon this May 11 at Innocere Yoga. This evening is dedicated to emotional transformation and sacred connection, held through two potent sessions. The first part of the evening, guided by Carolane,will be a transformative breathwork journey under the powerful Scorpio Full Moon. Carolane is a Breathwork facilitator, a practice she shares with heart and authenticity. This session invites you to explore your maternal connection and reconnect with your inner child. The Scorpio Moon, known for stirring the hidden and unspoken, creates the perfect space to release what no longer serves you and transform wounds into strength. Through the rhythm of your breath, you'll be gently guided to face raw emotions, embrace healing, and honour the lineage of women who came before us, and the child within you who is just waiting to be heard. A sacred and emotional practice, this is a moment to be reborn—one breath at a time. Following the breathwork, Magela will guide a deep soundbath designed to invite release and emotional reconnection. Magela is a certified sound healer, singer, and double Scorpio (sun + moon) deeply attuned to the power of frequency and emotional transformation. Each session is intuitively channeled, and this one flows with the potent energy of the Scorpio full moon inviting release, deep feeling, and sacred reconnection. Guided by the resonance of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, arp, shruti box, and harmonics vocal activation, this journey focuses on balancing the sacral chakra and heart center nurturing softness, sensuality, and emotional freedom. Join us for a transformative Full Moon ceremony to reconnect with yourself and share a meaningful moment with your mother or a mother figure in your life—an offering from our hearts to honour the nurturing essence of this moon and the women who inspire it.
