Do I need to be a dancer to attend?

Not at all! My practice is accessible to all movement levels and abilities. I myself have a permanent back injury and am more than happy to find adjustments to suit your mobility level and accomodate injuries

Do I need to believe in Reiki to attend?

Accepted Answer

You do not! It helps to believe it for it to be effective, but it is not necessary. You are also free to opt out of the Reiki treatment. Before the meditation I will ask for your consent to perform Reiki on you, and if the answer is no, then I will focus my Reiki on the participants who do want it

How can I donate?

Cash donations in person are great! I also have PayPal/e-transfer if digital currency is your style. And as mentioned in the event details, a review on Google and/or referral is also a generous gift of your energy

Question 4

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Participants should bring a yoga mat/towel/blanket for your comfort as we sit or lay on the floor during meditation, and a refillable water bottle

Question 5

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable, movement friendly clothing is recommended. Movers can be barefoot, wear socks or dance footwear. Outdoor shoes are not recommended.
