Through a mix of fun, high-energy activities, participants will work on running, strength, coordination, and sport-specific skills in a supportive environment. Whether you’re preparing for a competitive season or just looking to try something new and become more active, this program is for you. Game Ready Training focuses on overall athletic development, teamwork, and having fun while building the skills that translate across all sports.

When: Mondays 1:30-3:30pm
June 29-August 24. No program on Monday August 3rd (NB Day)
