Lunch is provided for registered attendees! Please RSVP to this Eventbrite by March 23 to ensure your food order. Drop-in attendees for the open house do not need to RSVP.

Join us for an afternoon of fast talks, playable demos, and hands-on showcases featuring applied games and simulations. These are interactive experiences used for learning, training, research, and creative exploration. The Gameful Simulations Interchange (GSI) brings together students, faculty, and community partners working across art, education, health, engineering, and computer science.

Come for a relaxed open-house format where you can drop in, wander, and try projects at your own pace. We will also host a short block of 5-minute speed presentations to surface new ideas and collaborators quickly. If you are building in Unity or Unreal, prototyping analog experiences, designing XR interactions, or exploring digital twin style scenarios, this is a great place to connect and compare notes.

Want to showcase your work? We are inviting demos, posters, prototypes, and works-in-progress from undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, and participants from other institutions, as well as community and industry partners. Class projects or early prototypes are welcome. We also have a limited number of 5-minute lightning-round presentation slots for anyone who wants to share their research, practice, or lessons learned in a fun live format. Come meet your next collaborator, eat some lunch, and play some games with us.
