Yoga practice "420 Friendly". Cannabis use is suggested and will be discussed openly throughout this practice. This Yoga practice is accessible for all levels, as physical performance is left behind to leave room for the mind and what is felt. 
 
In this class, we will talk about different ways to consume cannabis mainly before Yoga practice in order to respect your body and your limits. Most of the time, your eyes are closed, to be able to focus on yourself, without worrying about what others are doing. The flow is slow, conscious and based on relaxation. 18+ years old.

Pratique de Yoga "420 Friendly". C'est-à-dire que la consommation de cannabis avant la pratique est suggérée et nous en parlerons ouvertement tout au long de cette pratique. Cette pratique de Yoga est accessible pour tous les niveaux, car la performance physique est laissée de côté ici pour laisser place à l'esprit et à ce qui est ressenti. 
 
Dans ce cours, nous allons parler des différentes façons de consommer du cannabis principalement avant une pratique de Yoga de façon à respecter votre corps et vos limites. La plupart du temps, vos yeux sont fermés, pour être capable de vous concentrer sur ce que vous ressentez, sans vous soucier de ce que font les autres. Le flow est lent, conscient et basé sur la relaxation. 18 ans et plus.
