 The Pre-GARLS social is an opportunity for you to get together with other presenters, graduate students, and faculty in a fun, social atmosphere before the symposium gets under way. This is a great opportunity to network and have some fun with your colleagues. Appetizers will be provided by GARLS and beverages are available for purchase.

This is the big event! The 24th Annual GARLS Graduate Student Leisure Research Symposium is an interdisciplinary research symposium where student scholars from various academic institutions who are conducting research on topics related to recreation, leisure, sport, and tourism will be presenting their reserach. Come prepared to hear about the interesting research that your colleagues are doing, ask important questions, and learn all manner of interesting things. A Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
