Join us at Get Unstuck, where we'll tackle roadblocks and find ways to move forward together!

This is an online somatic movement class designed to help you lead from within — especially when life feels stuck, misaligned, or uncertain. Through guided movement, body-based inquiry, and emotional integration, you’ll learn how to meet your edges, reconnect to your knowing, and move through resistance into embodied action.Expect a mix of cardio, strength, intuitive movement, and rest. Expect to feel. Expect to sweat a little. Expect to leave changed.This class is for anyone curious about what’s possible when you move from the inside out.Led by Sonia Darlison (@soniadarlison), Life Alignment &amp; Embodied Leadership Coach, Somatic movement facilitator, and psychotherapist-in-training.
