Getting Ready for High School

At TVCC, we work to support children and their families to achieve the highest possible quality of life. Through a family-centered approach, we provide a variety of services, resources and supports for children and youth with physical disabilities, communication disorders, developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders across Southwestern Ontario. We aim to assistclients to be their best!

For  TVCC families of youth with disabilities preparing for the transition to high school. Parents/caregivers and the youth are welcome.

A virtual interactive workshop for TVCC families preparing for the transition to high school. The event is for both parents/caregivers and their child with a disability.The evening will begin with a panel presentation of parents and youth who have experienced the move to high school. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to connect virtually with TVCC Youth Services and learn about TVCC programs and services for youth. Families of youth with ASD will be asked for your OAP Client Information Reference Number during registration. If you believe your child is registered with the OAP and need help finding your number, watch this video or email abs@tvcc.on.ca.
