Girls Exploring Physics Workshop

We are a science outreach program of the Department of Physics, Simon Fraser University. Our goal is to encourage more young women to study physics and engineering at the university level.

Girls Exploring Physics

FREE Hands-on Physics Workshop for Girls* in Grades 9 and 10 held at the SFU Burnaby campus.

Room C9051, Chemistry Building, Shrum Science Centre

<h3>This workshop includes two fun <strong>hands-on</strong> activity sessions in <strong>physics</strong>. It also includes a <strong>tour </strong>of the Trottier Astronomical Observatory &amp; Science Courtyard. Participants will have a chance to interact informally with <strong>female physics faculty and students </strong>from SFU throughout the workshop. <strong>Lunch</strong> will be provided.</h3>
