Flavourful, savoury garlic takes centre stage in this cooking class with Jill. As anyone who cooks knows, garlic is an essential component in a wide range of recipes. Tonight, Jill will show you how to make the most of this fragrant ingredient using fresh, roasted, dried, and the unusual fermented black garlic. 
Class includes: Jill’s Tuscan Seasoning, a bottle of The Garlic Box Garlic Oil, a container of black garlic and a head of local garlic.
