Her approach is engaging, insightful and playful.Coach Lynda, a former teacher, is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) and is trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, and Tantra. She has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality and depth of their connection and prevent/manage conflict.Lynda is dedicated to choosing love over fear in her own life and to teaching others how to create joyful, vibrant and juicy relationships. She is also a Master Love Coach &amp; Love Smart Cards Trainer.
