What is your refund policy?

Refund requests will be accepted up to 24 hours prior or on show day. Please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my tickets to another show or date?

Yes, tickets are transferrable as long as you reach out within 24 hours of show time. Please email boxoffice@tightropetheatre.com for inquiries. Subject to availability.

How long is the show?

This show runs roughly 75 minutes with an intermission.

Is the show family friendly?

We recommend all our shows to ages 14 and up. You are still free to bring your children but we cannot guarantee family friendly content as it's improvised.
