If so, join us for the <A HREF="http://cie.utoronto.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Centre for International Experience</A>’s and the <A HREF="http://www.sgs.utoronto.ca/Pages/default.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">School of Graduate Studies</A>' orientation event <A HREF="http://www.studentlife.utoronto.ca/cie/orientation-grad-stepup" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Grad Step Up</A> on Thursday, August 30th! This event has generously been sponsored by <A HREF="http://harthouse.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hart House</A>, U of T's centre for education outside the classroom.  
What is Grad Step Up?
Grad Step Up is a full-day orientation event designed to connect incoming international graduate students to key communities, resources, and information. All sessions are presented through an intercultural lens. 
You will have the chance to take part in sessions facilitated by U of T advisors, instructors, and student leaders. The interactive format of the sessions will provide you opportunities to ask questions and have discussions about the graduate student experience. For this reason, the number of participants is capped to ensure an intimate and relaxed learning environment.

<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Breakfast and lunch will be provided; an evening reception will take place at 5:30pm</LI>

Eligibility: All incoming international students enrolled in a graduate degree program (i.e. Masters or PhD) at the University of Toronto starting in the fall of 2018.
Note: If you do not fall in this category but feel that you would benefit from attending as a member of the U of T graduate student community, please get in touch with the event organizers. 
Registration:
Space for Grad Step Up is limited; please register at your earliest convenience if you plan to attend. 
If the event fills to capacity, students can place their name on a wait list and will be notified if tickets become available.
If after registering you learn that you can no longer participate, kindly cancel your order (or let the organizers know) so that another student on the waitlist can be accommodated.
