Welcome to the Greenways Seed Saving Workshop!Join us at the Campbell River Sportsplex for a hands-on workshop on seed saving, led by <a href="https://www.amarafarm.ca/" title="https://www.amarafarm.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Arzeena Hamir of Amara Farm</a>. Learn how to preserve and store seeds from your garden for future planting seasons. By saving seeds, you're selecting seeds adapted to your local climate and growing conditions, as well as taking part in a process that is as old as growing food itself! Saving seeds is a great way to lower your gardening costs, select hardier varieties, and build community food security and resiliency.
