Group Facilitation Skills

This training is open only to Mental Health & Addiction Staff within Health PEI unless otherwise stated.

The aim of this training is to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of group dynamics and the tools and techniques that will help increase Facilitator confidence and participation by group members. You will learn techniques to help create a safe and supportive environment for group participants, keep the group on task, and create a culture of respect within the group.

This training is for those who are newer to facilitation as well as those who wish to brush up on their skills.

**Training is cancelled if Provincial Government Offices are closed or delayed.**
