<h2>Growing Together on Purpose</h2><p>The Connection Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God has created for you.</p><h3>Session ONE: Know God + Meet Our Spiritual Family</h3><p>Understand what it means to be a Christian and explore the ministry of Connection Church. This first week will help you understand our vision, beliefs, core values. </p><h3>Session TWO: Grow Spiritually + Explore Our Community</h3><p>This week is designed to help define who you are and how to grow as a believer. It guides you through the essential beliefs every Christian needs to find success as well as introduces you to the small groups structure of our church. </p><h3>Session THREE: Discover Your Purpose</h3><p>Discover your personality and spiritual gift mix and learn how you can use them to help others. Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. </p><h3>Session FOUR: Develop Servant Leadership + Join the Team</h3><p>With a focus on servant leadership, this week will give you practical steps to use your gifts to build The Church. Find out what it means to be a leader at Connection and learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential. Connect to the opportunities available at Connection to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. </p>
