Guided Breathwork Experience

Toronto Botanical Garden connects people to plants and inspires us to live in harmony with nature. Our gardens conveniently located in mid-Toronto are open daily from dawn until dusk, and admission is free. The gardens seemlessly connect with Edwards Gardens, Wilket Creek and the Don Valley Ravine. We also offer year-round learning opportunities for all ages both inperson and online.

Breathwork is therapy for balancing the relationship between body and mind. Join Mira Kopanarov, a trained professional who will guide you in this experience where you will experience a deep connection and release emotional and physical blockages through practising a pre-set breathing style. Complemented by herbal tea (including Rosa Damascena, handpicked from the mountains of Bulgaria), the effects of the therapy will leave you relaxed and reduce the effects of stress and anxiety.No prior experience is required. Participants please bring your yoga mat and eye mask; a small pillow and blanket are recommended.Program ScheduleThursday, September 12 from 6:00-8:00 pm.Public $66, TBG Members $59 (plus applicable taxes and fees)About Mira KopanarovMira is a breathwork coach and communications specialist with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. Four years ago, following a personal journey through burnout, Mira pivoted her practice towards the transformative power of holistic communications. This shift aimed to create a nurturing environment for individuals and communities experiencing the consequences of the "burnout economy" and trauma. Through guided breathwork, mindfulness, and storytelling, Mira tackles issues like anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, imposter syndrome, and self-love deficiency.
