Guided Meditation Nurture the body during the summer heat with this guided meditation. Designed to reset and recharge the mind and body. Moments of silence and verbal cues will encourage the body to slowly release and relax, allowing the nervous system to unwind, and the mind to relax to deeply nourish the self. Participants are encouraged to bring items to support the body comfortable (Eye pillows, blankets and mat) if available. All levels welcome. Preregistration required.
