Question 1

Should I buy tickets in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our shows shows sell out well in advance. While we do sometimes have door tickets available and a waitlist for sold-out events, buying tickets in advance is the only way to ensure you get in to an event you want to attend.

Question 2

An event is SOLD OUT! Is there any way to get tickets?

Accepted Answer

Waitlist and door tickets are often available. Please join our waitlist here on Eventbrite to be first in line for  any tickets that become available. Or try your luck at the door.  Check our instagram stories on the day of the event for updates on door ticket availability and wait times.

I have a large group, is there any way to ensure we're seated together?

Accepted Answer

Seating is available  on a first come first serve basis.  If you want to ensure your group is seated together, we strongly recommend you around 6:00 PM to reserve seats for your group.

Where is The Hayloft?

Accepted Answer

The Hayloft is located in beautiful Cherry Valley on the shores of Lake Ontario, about a 20 minute drive from Picton, a 25 minute drive from Wellington, and a 40 minute drive from Belleville.

How do I get to The Hayloft?

Accepted Answer

You can get to The Hayloft by car, taxi, Uride, or our complimentary bus service. For more info about how to get to the Hayloft and for our bus schedule, check out our HOW TO GET THERE page on our website which is linked above in the event description.

Question 6

Does the Hayloft serve food?

Accepted Answer

The Hayloft Dancehall operates a snack bar serving up  hot dogs, grilled cheese, chips, and sides - the perfect salty snacks to line your stomach while you kick your heels up.  
 
The kitchen is open until at least 11 PM each night.

Question 7

Is The Hayloft accessible?

Accepted Answer

There are no steps leading to the venue, only a small 1-2 inch concrete lip that is not a problem for most wheelchairs or mobility devices. Our bar and washrooms are located on the main floor, but unfortunately our washrooms do not have handicap stalls and are on the smaller side.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be refunded 28 days or more from the event.  After that there are no refunds.  No exceptions.

Question 9

Can I stay for the barn party?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  But you must purchase tickets - a ticket to the early show does not grant access to the Barn Party.  It's strongly recommended to purchase tickets in advance as many of our Barn Parties sell out.  Door tickets are sometimes available.

Is this event 19+?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  No exceptions.
