<p>As the name the suggests, HacktoberFest is a month-long celebration of Open-Source in the month of October which is run by DigitalOcean and DEV. Whether you’re a developer, student learning to code, even doesn't belong to a coding background, you can help drive growth of Open-Source and make positive contributions to an ever-growing community. All backgrounds and skills levels are encouraged to complete the challenge. Well, sadly we haven't got any beer with us, but the talk on Open-Source, Git, GitHub and generating PRs is enough to get you all started with your contributions to Open-Source and to get the hang of it!</p><p>So, let's meet at the HacktoberFest 2019, learn something new, do some networking and meet some new faces, do some fun and hacking and create Pull-Requests so that you can earn a limited edition t-shirt and some cool schwags!</p>
