HalifACT Climate Action Hackathon

ShiftKey Labs is a non-profit located in Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Computer Science that introduces post-secondary students to applied technical innovation and entrepreneurship.ShiftKey hosts a broad range of computer science-related workshops, networking events, material resources, and supports that help build practical, transferrable skills in high-demand by current and future employers. Entrepreneurially-minded students gain additional access to mentorship and financial supports specifically aimed at advancing potential startup ideas.

We are extremely excited to announce our first HalifACT Climate Action Hackathon in partnership with HalifACT & Halifax Innovation District!

Changing the world starts locally! Join us on March 19, 20, and 21 to be a part of this amazing initiative to find sustainable innovation-based solutions for environmental challenges in our home! Be a part of the efforts to reduce emissions by conserving energy and converting it to clean energy sources and compete for a chance to win amazing prizes!
