This is a hybrid event: In person and streamed over Zoom Join us for a psychedelic harm reduction workshop. Together we will explore the principles of psychedelic harm reduction, the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, and concrete strategies to reduce risks and support wellbeing. We’ll discuss considerations around preparation and integration, navigating substance interactions, and ways to foster greater psychological and physical safety in non-ordinary states. This workshop offers a nonjudgmental space for anyone interested in psychedelics - whether for personal exploration, supporting others, or expanding your understanding. <h3>About Your Facilitator:</h3>Nina is a mother, singer, and Registered Psychotherapist in private practice. She is passionate about embodied healing as a catalyst for personal and collective transformation and liberation. A lifelong learner, Nina holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, an MA in Counselling Psychology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Somatic Psychology. Though deeply informed by formal study, her greatest teacher has been her own personal healing journey. Her philosophy is rooted in wholeness and integration – honouring healing as a return to our forgotten parts and an embodiment of the true Self.
