ELCC & Community Development is designed to be a hub for resources for families, early childhood educators, and childcare programs in Calgary and the surrounding area. We host workshops and seminars presented by community partners, agencies and industry professionals as well as source and build custom professional development events.Join us as we create a new standard for School Age Care training.

This workshop provides real world examples, easy to follow strategies and tips for resolving difficult situations. Participants will work through scenarios highlighting some of the most common and challenging conversations that leaders and team members need to have with the people they work with.

CANCELLATION/ACCOUNTABILITY POLICYAll participants who register for workshops that cannot participate for any reason, are required to cancel their registration within 2 days before the workshop commences to avoid a minimum $50 CAD Absence Fee (workshops with higher than $50 CAD cost will be charged in full).All cancellations must be received by the Professional Development Coordinator (professional_development@toppkids.com) in order to ensure accurate accountability measures. Emergencies and special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Participants with habitual cancellations (more than 2/contracted year) are required to meet with their Regional Manager or Director of Operations on the following workday.
