Should I buy tickets in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Many of our shows shows sell out well in advance.  While we do sometimes have door tickets available and a waitlist for sold-out events, buying tickets in advance is the only way to ensure you get in to an event you want to attend.

An event is SOLD OUT!  Is there any way to get tickets?

Accepted Answer

Don't sweat it!  Join our waitlist here on eventbrite to be notified of any tickets that become available.  Door tickets are often available, too!   You just may have to wait until there is space.  See below for more info on door tickets.

An Event is SOLD OUT, can I buy tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

If an event is sold out, we release door tickets as space becomes available.  We get a ton of people in at the door every night, but you may have to wait until other guests leave.  Wait times  can range from 5 minutes to over an hour.  Check our instagram stories for updates on door wait times.

Where is The Hayloft?

The Hayloft is located in beautiful Cherry Valley on the shores of Lake Ontario, about a 20 minute drive from Picton, a 25 minute drive from Wellington, and a 40 minute drive from Belleville.

Does the Hayloft serve food?

Accepted Answer

The Hayloft Dancehall operates a snack bar serving up  hot dogs, grilled cheese, chips, and sides - the perfect salty snacks to line your stomach while you kick your heels up.  
 
The kitchen is open until at least 11 PM each night.

Question 6

Is The Hayloft accessible?

Accepted Answer

There are no steps leading to the venue, only a small 1-2 inch concrete lip that is not a problem for most wheelchairs or mobility devices. Our bar and washrooms are located on the main floor, but unfortunately washrooms do not have handicap stalls and are on the smaller side.

Is there seating available at The Hayloft?

Barn parties are general admission standing room events.  Some seating is available to eat, sit and chat with friends, but the main area is open for standing and dancing.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable 28 days or more prior to the event.  After that, there are no refunds.  No exceptions.

Is this event 19+?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  And there are no exceptions.
