Lisa Sabatini practices holistic Spiritual Healing and Energy Medicine. She believes a holistic approach includes healing of mind, emotion, body, and spirit.  She incorporates these in her professional healing practice where she works with optimizing the nervous system, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, helping people recover from stress, trauma, and illness.Lisa’s personal health journey has taken her from trauma, to stress burnout, autoimmune to Lyme Disease. Welcome to your sacred healing space!
We gather in Circle and come together to heal and create. We will clear energetic blocks, preventing us from moving forward in our lives. Here we evolve together. 
Each time we gather, we address healing a specific theme. 
Utilizing gentle yoga and light physical movement, Shamanic Journeying, Algonquin Medicine, and Reiki healing, Lisa will guide you and facilitate your healing experience.
The atmosphere is created in our candlelit yurt, with Cornerstone Organics grown tea included. The healing sounds of soft music, drumming, and/or singing bowls are all part of this healing experience.
what to bring:
yoga mat, blanket, comfortable clothing, and a journal is recommended if you like to write notes about your healing experience.
