Scientific Insights for Healthy Aging: Empowering Seniors with Evidence-Based Strategies for Health and HappinessThis series is dedicated to utilizing scientific research and evidence-based approaches to empower seniors on their journey towards healthy aging. Each session will delve into essential topics that contribute to seniors' overall well-being, providing valuable insights that can positively impact their lives.With a focus on evidence-based strategies, we aim to equip seniors with practical tools and knowledge that can lead to improved health and increased happiness. By leveraging the power of scientific research, seniors will gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence their well-being and discover effective ways to incorporate evidence-based practices into their daily lives.This is a hybrid session. Dr. Gupta is the founder of Curious and Creative Lab, an organization that embodies a passion for blending curiosity and creativity. At the heart of her mission is the belief that science should be communicated efficiently and effectively, yet in a simple and fun way, enabling individuals to understand the language of the body and live better, happier lives.Through the Curious and Creative Lab, Dr. Gupta strives to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and the public. She strives to make complex concepts accessible, ensuring that science is not intimidating but rather a fascinating journey of discovery for all. To achieve this, she has created two newsletters: Science Simplified and Science Xplained. Additionally, she has created a vibrant Curious Minds Community and Science Book Club, providing platforms for talks and discussion. Advocating for Healthy Aging and Women's Health is a cause close to her heart. She actively engages in raising awareness and promoting dialogue on these important topics. By sharing knowledge and empowering individuals, she hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
