Yes, all children above 1 years old require a "Me" ticket.

How old does my child(ren) have to be?

We recommend this event for children 6 years old and under.

I have a baby, do they need a ticket?

No. Infants under the age of 1 years old do not require a ticket.

Can I drop my child off and pick them up later?

Accepted Answer

Every child must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event. Drop-offs are not allowed. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! The Plae House is located on the 3rd floor of the building, however, elevators are available for moms with strollers.

Question 6

Are shoes permitted on the play structure?

Accepted Answer

No. Please ensure your child(ren) is wearing socks as the play structure is a shoe free zone!

Question 7

Are female guardians allowed to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We welcome aunties & grandmothers as long as they are accompanying a child.

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens! If you're no longer able to attend, we're happy to transfer your ticket to someone else—just send us a message with the name of the person(s) who will be attending instead, and we’ll take care of it.
