Hackfest & POLAR cybersecurity and hacking events, CTFs and trainings!

" French version below" 🚨🚨🚨IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ🚨🚨🚨 It's mandatory to purchase both a Hackfest Ticket and a HFCTF ticket to participate in the CTF (https://hackfest.ca/en/register). <h3>📣 HFCTF is ONLY on premises at the Centre des Congrès de Québec, not online.</h3> <h3>🚨The CTF will last 24 hours non-stop for participants and will run from Thursday 19:30 to Friday 19:30. 🚨</h3> 📣DISCORD REGISTRATION You must join the official Hackfest Discord server in order to participate in the CTF (link: https://discord.hackfest.ca). On the day of the event, you'll need to sign in using your Discord account to access scoreboards and CTF infrastructure. The HFCTF is a 24 hours team event, so only teams of six will be allowed. Contestants that are not in a team or that have a team with fewer than six members will be mixed randomly to create tables of six people. You can ask on the Hackfest Discord if you have any questions about this. Teams are not managed in Eventbrite, so you can buy your tickets as you wish. Teams will be formed at the beginning of the event where you will create your team and declare a captain when you log in to the CTFd. More information will be given on the Hackfest Discord. A dedicated channel for the HFCTF 2025 will be created with all the necessary information and support.- ---------------------🚨🚨🚨IMPORTANT - SVP LIRE! 🚨🚨🚨 <h3>📣 Le HFCTF se déroule uniquement sur place au Centre des Congrès de Québec, et non en ligne.</h3> <h3>🚨 Le CTF durera 24 heures en continu pour les participants, du jeudi 19h30 au vendredi 19h30. 🚨</h3>Il est obligatoire d’acheter à la fois un billet Hackfest et un billet HFCTF pour participer au CTF (https://hackfest.ca/fr/register). 📣 INSCRIPTION DISCORDVous devez rejoindre le serveur Discord officiel du Hackfest afin de participer au CTF (lien : https://discord.hackfest.ca). Le jour de l’événement, vous devrez vous connecter avec votre compte Discord pour accéder aux tableaux de scores et à l’infrastructure du CTF. Le HFCTF est une compétition par équipe de 24 heures, donc seules les équipes de six personnes seront acceptées. Les concurrents qui ne font pas partie d’une équipe ou dont l’équipe compte moins de six membres seront regroupés aléatoirement pour former des tables de six personnes. Vous pouvez poser vos questions à ce sujet sur le Discord du Hackfest. La gestion des équipes ne se fait pas via Eventbrite, vous pouvez donc acheter vos billets comme vous le souhaitez. Les équipes seront formées au début de l’événement, où vous créerez votre équipe et désignerez un capitaine lors de votre connexion au CTFd. Un canal dédié au HFCTF 2025 sera créé avec toutes les informations et le support nécessaires.
