A week of concerts, recitals and musical events throughout the GTA! The festival celebrates Jewish music, as well as the Jewish contribution to genres of music not generally thought of as Jewish.  Our programs include Sephardic and Klezmer, Israeli pop and Jewish Broadway, Chassidic Nigunim and Yiddish Theatre, Jewish Jazz, Big Band, Cantorial, and more! No matter what your musical taste, Jewish Music Week in Toronto has something for everyone! Jewish Music Week in Toronto

Doors open at 5:30 PM.  Only dinner reservations guarantee table seating. All other ticket-holders will be seated theatre style. For dinner you must first purchase your concert ticket, and then call 416-588-0307 for dinner reservations.

For years, Amos Hoffman and Noam Lemish have been collecting Jewish melodies from different parts of the world including Kurdish, Yemenite, Moroccan, Ladino, Russian and Israeli songs. Their lyrical and vibrant re-imaginings of these beloved Jewish melodies, presented in an inspired blend of cultures, will captivate you, just as the Hoffman/Lemish Quartet has been captivating audiences the world over.

Amos Hoffman is an Israeli jazz Oudist and Guitarist known worldwide as a pioneer in fusing the rhythms and melodic themes of the Middle East with Modern Jazz. He has recorded five solo albums and has also contributed on dozens more for artists in Israel and worldwide. Noam Lemish is an Israeli-American jazz pianist and composer. He has performed around the world and has several recordings to his credit.
