Any pairs of people who are in a relationship : friends, siblings, colleagues, romantic partners, parent-child. This workshop/experience is a space for your relationship with whomever you care about to deepen.

Does this workshop repair relationships?

Accepted Answer

Short answer is No. This workshop will provide space for you and your "partner" to learn more about each of your nervous system and how it shows up during communication. We then provide tools and space to calm our nervous system, space for guided conversation and for guided art work.

How do we sign up?
