Come celebrate! This fun baking class will be a happy haven from holiday stress. You will learn and understand a few basic principles that can transform your home baking.During this hands-on class, there will be time for questions, troubleshooting, equipment review, as well as valuable information on getting the best from your favourite family recipes. There will be samples to eat, and a few to take home. Chef Heidi's fail-proof recipes cover the range - everything from homemade cinnamon buns and biscotti to chocolate treats and holiday classics. End the class with inspiration, confidence, and goodies to share.Some of the recipes we will make include: Homemade Biscotti, Toffee Almond Squares, Double Chocolate Double Ginger Cookies, Homemade Overnight Sticky Buns &amp; Chocolate Cinnamon Rugelach (mini crescent pastries).IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no shared meal, only some baking samples to eat. Unlike with my other classes, please eat dinner or a substantial snack before class.
