Tickets are refundable (minus Eventbrite fees) up until 24 hours prior to your registered time slot.

Access inside Hatley Castle decorated for the Holiday Season and a 30 minute guided tour from our expert Heritage Tour Guides. A complimentary cup of Hot Chocolate or Hot Apple Cider, family friendly games and access to the Castle museum.

Is Hatley Castle accessible?

Accepted Answer

The first floor of Hatley Castle and the Museum are accessible. As a historic house,  and there are no elevators inside the building so the second floor is not accessible.                                                        Limited accessible parking is available directly in front of the Castle.

Do you offer Access 2 (Accessibility Support Worker) Tickets?
