Join us in person at Osteo Naturel as we dive into the world of energy healing and Reiki. This course is ideal for:✨Anyone who feels the call and is ready to commit to the practice of energy healing.✨Empaths, caregivers, and spiritual seekers wanting tools for self-care and support for others.✨ Wellness professionals looking to expand their modalities for deeper impact with clients.Level 1 and 2 are taught together to allow for adequate deepening of your work with energy healing, integration, and support from your teacher and peers.This certification will empower you to channel healing energy and bring balance to yourself and others. Whether you're new to Reiki or looking to deepen your practice, this event is perfect for all levels.📅 Students must be present for both training dates:Sunday, June 22nd (Level I) 10:00am - 4:00pmSunday, July 13th (Level II) 10:00am - 4:00pmIf you are based in Ottawa, the training takes place in-person at Osteo Naturel in Westboro, Ottawa. She is a certified Reiki Master, a Group Chakra Practitioner, Certified Tuina (Acupressure) Massage Practitioner, Yin Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Coach.She harmonizes body function and meditation techniques to help people live a healthier, more alive and passionate life. She delivers this work through Yin Yoga classes, one-on-one Reiki and Acupressure sessions, retreats, events and training.She made the complete switch to wellness in after transitioning from a 12-year career in arts and nonprofit advocacy, supporting community systems change through facilitating, mentorship, consulting, and teaching at the college/university level.She is dedicated to helping people, regardless of background, feel empowered in their health journey and balance their active/restful energies and cycles, release tension, regulate the nervous system and return to optimal mind-body function for self-growth and recovery.Her mission is to teach people to self-heal and support others through activating Energy Healing, our dormant and forgotten healing potential to better support personal and community healthcare.
