Humber's award-winning Youth Transition Program (YTP) is back in-person for April 2026 at Humber's North Campus!

About YTP

Humber Polytechnic offers a FREE transition program for youth between the ages of 19 and 29. This specialized program has been designed to help you make a successful transition to college, whether you have completed high school or not.

Participants will also be able to take part in a variety of learning opportunities depending on your interest!
