Sweat dripping - Beat Pumping - Restorative Flow
Resilience Fitness presents the first annual Hustle N' Flow. Join us at Monarch Park Stadium on September 11th from 4pm - 6pm for Resilience's largest group fitness class yet. With live music by Rich DJ, the Resilience Squad will be leading a 75 minute group workout. 45 minutes of pure Hustle - a unique high energy strength and conditioning class, followed by 30 minutes of Flow - a slow, fluid yoga class. 
 
$5 minimum donation with all proceeds to go towards the Canadian Women's Foundation's work to end Sex Trafficking.  Live soundtrack by Rich DJ. 
Sponsored by Lululemon, Flow Water, Genuine Health, and Muscle Milk 
***Doors open at 4pm, class to start at 430pm***
***Dress to sweat. Bring your own yoga mat***
***Must have a ticket and be 16 years of age or older to participate in the workout portion of the event***
