HYROX Performance Workshop
This 3-hour, hands-on workshop focuses on improving station efficiency, refining pacing to prevent early burnout, and practicing smoother transitions that save valuable time on race day. We’ll also cover common mistakes that cost athletes minutes and share practical cues you can immediately apply to your training and competition.

3:00–4:00 PM | HYROX STRONG Simulation (Optional Add-On)
Put everything you learned into action with a HYROX STRONG-style simulation (all stations, no running). This is your chance to practice race execution under fatigue while receiving real-time coaching feedback on pacing, movement, and transitions.
