Can I attend if I don't belong to your gym?

Absolutely! This event is open to anyone looking to race, regardless of which training facility you belong too.

Question 2

I'm racing doubles - do both myself and my team mate need to purchase a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes - each individual athlete must have a ticket purchased in order to race.

Question 3

Do I need specific training in order to be able to do this race?

Accepted Answer

Although not required, Hyrox specific training is a huge asset if you're looking to perform. Ask our team about our training partners and how you can get race-ready by emailing info@hybridserieskw.ca. We're also happy to direct you to resources to learn all about the Hyrox movements and standards.

How do I register my team for the Team Division?

Accepted Answer

Your training facility must have an invitation from Hybrid Series KW. Email info@hybridserieskw.ca with the full names of the members of your team, the training facility you represent, and the charity you would like to support. We will provide a registration and purchasing link for your entry.

Question 5

Are there change rooms and showers available for use on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes - change rooms, lockers and showers are available on site.

How do I get my young athlete ready to compete in Youngstars?

Check out our teen/youth training programs at Limitless Performance, F45 Doon and F45 South Guelph.  We're aiming to announce more affiliate training partners in the coming months.
